Middle Age Spread

March 29, 2018/Uncategorized

Did you know that this is totally a thing?? We always hear jokes about the “middle age spread” that happens as we age. Well, it really is a real live phenomenon. Even those that have always seemed to be able to eat WHATEVER they want and not gain an ounce, it catches up with them eventually. As early as in your thirties, hormone levels begin to drop which cause muscle mass to start to decrease, which then slows our metabolism so we burn less energy and store more fat.

Have you noticed that your arms are more like wings compared to what they used to be? Are you having trouble seeing your toes when you look down at them? Are you pinching more from your waist than you used to be able to, and not a whole lot else has changed in terms of your habits? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you could’ve finally hit your middle age spread.

Let me assure you – not only are there ways to avoid it, but if it’s already hit, you can reverse it, and I’d love to share the ways you can help combat middle age spread. Sometimes it’s the start that’s the scariest part, and I can make that easy for you by providing you with the knowledge and the tools you need to not only just get started, but find success!

I’m currently opening a handful of spots in my online wellness studio to help women who are struggling with this very thing!!

If any of this sounded like you, please drop me a comment on this blog post, and I’ll reach out to you to give you more details! The time is now, you guys – look forward to hearing from you!

Love,

M

HI Michele! I’m already in your Metabolism Group, is this what you’re referring to, or are you offering other opportunities as well? Thank you!
