Favorite Shake Recipe (Well one of them)

There are SO many different shakes and shake recipes out there, it’s hard to choose each day! But I wanted to share one of the favorite recipes, as well as some of the things I add on a regular basis!

I’ve tried different ways of supplementing in my life, and hands down, Shakeology has been the one missing piece to my nutrition puzzle. It gives me energy, keeps me regular, and I KNOW that it fills in the nutritional gaps that my diet needs. Even if we all ate PERFECTLY, did you know that we STILL wouldn’t get all of the nutrients we need? Unfortunately, U.S. soil is depleted of nutrients because we do so much farming. Our bodies need all the nutrients it can get to function at its optimum level, and this is the way to go. I add the Digestive Health for an extra assurance that my gut is healthy. Then I add collagen peptides to help reduce wrinkles, keep muscle mass, increase bone strength, and relieve joint pain.






1 scoop of Vanilla Shakeology

1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

1 scoop of Shakeology Boost Digestive Health

8 drops of pumpkin spice flavored Stevia(SweetLeaf brand – AMAZON)

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup of ice


Put all this in a blender, and blend until smooth. Top with coconut or almond milk whipped cream, and Pepitas for fun! You could even add sprinkles of some sort just to make them fun!

In my opinion, the more fun it is, the more likely you are to drink it daily! Enjoy!
